Saturday was a memorable occasion for Cookstown Youth as they thrashed Newtowne 8-0 in Group B of the Crawford Cup.
Curtis Hassan scored a hat-trick, while Stevie Arrell and Mark McGarry registered a brace apiece and Johnny McKenna also found the net.
Meanwhile, Coalisland Athletic recorded a 4-2 win over Irvinestown Wanderers after extra-time to advance to the quarter-final of the Irish Junior Cup.
Sean Corr helped himself to a hat-trick, while Wanderers' Sean Sheridan scored twice for the visitors as the teams were level at 2-2 at half-time.
The score would remain the same at the final whistle but in extra-time, Corr completed his treble from the penalty spot after Ciaran Magee gave Athletic a crucial lead.
In the First Division of the Mid-Ulster League, Fivemiletown United lost 1-0 to Valley Rangers.
