Beloved Draperstown teacher is laid to rest

A popular Draperstown school teacher who died last week left an “indelible mark on the world.”, mourners at his funeral heard.

Shane McGregor passed away suddenly on Saturday, 10th December.

He had been the Head of English at St Patrick's College, Maghera.

At his requiem mass held in Holy Rosary Church, Draperstown  last Thursday, 15th December, Rev Peter Maddensaid his loss was “incalculable”.
