Polish national returned for trial charged with Magherafelt murder

A 44-year-old Polish national has been returned for trial after appearing before a Preliminary Enquiry at Magherafelt Magistrate's Court on a murder charge.

Andrzej Pajaczkowski, of Ashgrove Park, Magherafelt, who appeared via video link from prison, was charged with the murder of Sophie Watson and possessing a folding knife at Ashgrove Park in the town on Sunday 18th August, 2024.
