Mid-Ulster District Council has agreed the district rate for the 2026/27 financial year following a Special Meeting of Council held on Monday 9 February.
Councillors approved a rate increase of 3.4% for both domestic and non-domestic properties.
The Council says the decision "reflects a careful balance between setting a sustainable budget and minimising the impact on ratepayers through continued efficiency savings and prudent financial management."
