Aughnacloy faith healer sexually assaulted women

A faith healer from Aughnacloy who “traumatised” two women whom he sexually assaulted has been sentenced at Dungannon Crown Court.

Robert John Coote (80), of Loughrans Road, Aughnacloy, was convicted of sexually assaulting two women who went to him for help.

He has has been given a 10-month custodial sentence, suspended for three years, and ordered to stop giving people "the cure" in person.

He was also placed on the sex offenders' register and ordered to pay his two victims £1000 each.
