Tributes paid to mum of eight from Rock who passed away following a short illness

Tributes have been paid to a mum of eight from the Rock who, sadly, passed away following a short illness.

Linda Owens (nee Hoy), of Sessiaghscott Road, passed away on June 17.

Her funeral took place to Holy Trinity Church, Cookstown, on Tuesday, June 20, followed by burial in Forthill Cemetery.

Almost £20,000 had been raised by the local community to support the family Owens in recent weeks after Linda fell ill.
