It was the weekend of the underdog as Dromore had their one hundred per cent record brought to an end by Greencastle, Carrickmore suffered their first defeat of the season at the hands of Edendork, and Moortown broke their duck with a first win of the campaign.

It ended level at 1-8 each at Gardrum Park, where leaders Dromore could only manage a draw with strugglers Greencastle, who left with a morale-boosting point to fire their battle for survival.

Enda Clarke’s goal was the crucial score for the visitors as they achieved what no other side has managed so far this season.
